
Carolyn Wydro
Caroline is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who is committed to working together with clients to achieve optimal health and nutrition through a balanced and sustainable diet.
Caroline has experience working in aged care, community and sport dietetics (particularly in the VFL), where she provides nutrition education and support to a range of clients of all ages and cultural backgrounds. Caroline has also been involved in a local research project at Deakin University and has clinical dietetic experience in acute and subacute hospital settings.
Caroline provides nutritional advice on a wide range of health conditions such as: • Weight management (eg. obesity, underweight) • Malnutrition • Diabetes Mellitus (Type 1, Type 2, GDM) • Cardiovascular disease (eg. hyperlipidaemia, hypertension, coronary heart disease) • Gastrointestinal disorders (eg. IBS, diverticular disease, GORD) • Osteoporosis • Food allergies and intolerances • Eating disorders • Sports nutrition • Women’s health (eg. PCOS)
Caroline’s qualifications and certifications include: • Bachelor of Health Sciences • Masters of Dietetics • Monash University Low FODMAP Diet for IBS
