Stephanie Juffermans

Steph is a registered nurse and diabetes nurse educator with experience in diabetes education and management. Assisting and educating people both with and at risk of diabetes, as well as their families and carers. Steph provides patients with education, skills, motivation and confidence to effectively self-manage their diabetes, as well as providing a supportive, inclusive environment that is beneficial for long term health and quality of life.
